In general terms Geocoding is locating something geographicly based on text information. For example if you lived at “41 North Main Street, Buffalo, WY 82834″ and typed this into Google it would locate this address, Geocoding. So the same thing works with some place names in Google.
Now expand that to all the places located in the bible! So here is a site that does that:
