Freedom God gives us freedom, freedom to choose to follow him or not follow him.

Some verses of freedom to meditate on. Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, Acts 24:23
He ordered the centurion to keep Paul under guard but to give him some freedom and permit his friends to take care of his needs. Romans 8:21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. 1 Corinthians 7:21 Were you a slave when you were called? They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity–for “people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.”
